Last Sunday one of the dad’s wanted to come with us to church. After we got there, he decided to hang out with us and the children and see what we were doing. He saw that we fed the children we brought (about 25) some egg & cheese burritos and milk before they went to singing time.
Fun Fun Fun
Tim and Linda had a great lesson about being thankful and celebrating all that God has done for us. The children had fun while stomping on balloons, making popcorn balls and coloring a patchwork quilt square. Yes, this all had something to do with the lesson….although we all know Tim is all about fun. And during all this, the children (and the dad) were learning about God.
Coming Back
After we took all the children back home I saw the dad visiting with some other men. I asked him if he had a good time at church. With a big smile he said “you bet I did! I’m coming back next week!”
