We have a great opportunity to reach out to children and parents who need Jesus. On the Saturday before Easter, we will go to a park in another poor Lubbock neighborhood to feed, love, and share the good news of Jesus.
We need Your Help!
There are lots of children in this neighborhood so we will pass out flyers over the next few weeks to let the neighborhood know about the upcoming Big Cookout and Egg Hunt.
Big Slide, Big Cookout, Big Egg Hunt – In the Park
- When: April 3rd 11:00 – 2:00 the Saturday before Easter
- What: Cookout, Easter Egg Hunt, Puppet Show, Evangelistic Message
- Where: Chapman Park, E 28th and Juniper (Just east of Ave A)
- For: Children and Families in the Neighborhood
- Why? To meet children and parents and see if they want to come to church with us

We need lots of help because, well…there will be lots of kids everywhere…and we could be serving food to as many as 200 people.
